The competition will run in two rounds. All teams must participate in the Elimination Round, and the judging panel will shortlist 10 teams for the Final Round. Participants should form teams of three members to compete in the competition. Each team can only submit one entry in each session. The entry must be original and have not been published before.

For the sake of fairness, the theme will be announced before each session. Participating teams will be given the same duration to complete their entries, and submission should be finished before the end of the session. To prevent rules violations and cheating, all sessions will be held face-to-face at PolyU campus with strict monitoring. Participants should also observe the university-wide regulations and rules governing academic integrity.
